  21.     Try setting &D0, this will tell the modem to assume that DTR is
  22. high regardless of it's actual state.  Only problem with doing this is
  23. that you must drop into command mode and use an ATH0 command to hang up
  24. instead of the normal method of hanging up by lowering DTR.
